Configure W3 Total Cache To Get WPtouch Mobile Plugin Working
Here is an easy-to-follow tutorial on how to configure W3 Total Cache plugin:
1. Go to Plugins and click on Installed Plugins. Scroll down and look for W3 Total Cache.
2. Click on Settings.
3. It will open a new page. You scroll down a little and on the left hand side of the page you can see this:
4. You need to click on: Page Cache, Minify and CDN individually to paste the list below to make it work.
4. Before you do anything, copy out this list:

5. Now click on Page Cache.
6. Scroll down until you see the title Rejected user agents: together with an empty box.
7. Paste the list above inside the empty box as shown below:
8. Scroll down and click Save all settings button.
9. Now scroll back and click on Minify.
10. Again scroll down until you come to the title Rejected user agents:
11. Paste the list inside the box.
12. Click Save all settings button.
13. Go back and click on CDN.
14. Scroll down until you come to Rejected user agents:

16. Click Save all settings button.
17. Finally, click on General Settings.
18. Click Empty the page cache button on top of the page.
19. That's all. Now your WPtouch Mobile should work well together with W3 Total Cache. In other words, your blog should be responsive to smart phones and other mobile devices.
